Job Description CVs in English preferable The candidate will be responsible for: True Star actually is looking for General Administrative to provide support for our office in Istanbul, Turkey International Airport. This position is responsible for providing day to day operational assistance to the sales and HR forces as well as overseeing all office administration duties. – Control of records, – Gather all the suppliers' invoices and upload them to SharePoint after checking their correctness – Keep contact with suppliers – Keep contact with the external accounting and Headquarters in Italy – Keep contact and solve the problems with the banks we work with – Control the Z reports and deposits documents – Manage Control System/ daily inserts and checks – Issue manual invoices and cancellation when necessary – Petty cash control – Prepare the salaries payment file – Solve any kind kind of problems that may occur supporting the Headquarters in Italy – Administrative management of personnel – Reporting (staff costs, Social Security payments), – Check of road allowances – Reporting Ankara allowances montly – Second control cash income – Second revenue control – Preparation of statistics and reporting – All the invoice checks and uploading on system – Relations with suppliers – Urgent transfers – Preparation of orders – Managing imports – Control of the stores – Control of expenditure on travel – Application for employees pass to enter in the airport – Support corporate governance consultants – Answers to complaints from passengers, clients – Check credit card payments – Legal problems with licence procedures with machines — CVs in English preferable High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent. Position is suitable for freshly graduated with the experience in the administrative/back office activities.
